Spring term · 11 January – 19 March 2027
New groups start every January, April and September.
Every group runs for ten weeks and costs £150. Six chairs each — when they are taken, the group closes and the next one opens in April.
Six questions, one minute
Answer honestly about the language you want to learn — not the one you were best at in school. Nothing is sent anywhere; the answer appears on this page.

Evening group classes
Ten weeks from 11 January. Two rooms run at once — Elena in the chapel room, Rhiannon in the vestry — so two groups can share an evening.
Elena Moretti-Sanz · chapel room
Rhiannon Lefèvre · vestry

Intensive weekends
Ten hours of speaking across a Saturday and a Sunday, 10:00 to 16:00 both days, with lunch from the Thursday market. Eight places, £120, and a reading list you will actually finish.
One-to-one online
The same two teachers, over a video call, at a time you choose. People book these for shift patterns, for a job interview in Madrid, for the fortnight before moving to Brittany — and some simply prefer to be the only one talking.
Ask about a time
Saturday conversation café
Four tables, one language each, and the rule that you speak only that one. Bring whatever you have — a week of Welsh or thirty years of French. Students and strangers both welcome; you buy your own coffee.
Send us two sentences about where you are and which evenings are free, and we will tell you which of the twelve groups still has a chair.
